It pisses me off that it isn't available in my town. I live in Central IL home to 2 million some people and we don't have it. But the whole island of Puerto Rico does.
It may never be. Infrastructure is very expensive and takes time to put up. You should get it soon though because Sprint is already partially deploying their 4G network in Chicago soon.
