When will my Sony Ericsson update to Android 4.0?

I live in South Africa and the update for my Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman is NOT out.
Can someone post a definitive link which discusses the Ice Cream Sandwich update in South Africa?
I don't opinions, I want links.
