When will Parks and Recreation start?

I just looked at NBC's lineup for this fall and it has 30 Rock @8:30 Thursdays and Outsourced (which looks HORRIBLE) @9:30.
Does anyone know if and when Parks and Recreation will return?
 
Yea, it got pushed to a mid-season show. Outsourced replaced it and it won't be shown until next year.
