Do these tools not realize how much more credibility they'd have it they weren't such hypocrites?
 
Just because we need it in our cars doesn't mean we want to fill the ocean with it.
 
I'm more concerned with when you folks might stop making false statements about liberals and posing them as questions. We're neither "tools" nor "hypocrites" but we are awfully tired of liars. Leave your hate at home.
 
No kidding.

Lead by example, morons. Ride your bike to work. Turn off your AC in the summer and heat in the winter. Sew your own clothes. Cook your food with firewood. Fetch your water from a well that you personally dug 400 feet down.

All of these things are enjoyed because of oil.

When the conservatives who whine non-stop about socialism stop using it. Do you hire your own emergency response personnel, or do you rely on tax-payer-funded fire and police departments to keep you and your family safe during emergencies? What about military defense? Do rely on the US military to keep you safe, or do you hire your own squad of mercenaries to fight in American conflicts?

We liberals would like to stop using oil, which is why we whine so much about developing alternatives. Unfortunately, due to a lack of alternatives, going without oil is not very practical.
 
Better we should power our vehicles with the hot gas coming out of you.
