Since they came out recently, I'd say not for another 4-6 months.

film companies usually release movies 60 days after they stop playing in movie theatres, Jack the Giant Slayer will probably be out by May and Oz the Great and Powerful by June

Amazon has Jack The giant Slayer listed for may 28th

not sure about oz the great and powerful

DVD's usually take about 2 to 3 months to come out after they're gone from the cinemas, so they should be out sometime in June-July since they just came out
