Where are current trendy clubs/lounges in Paris?

I will be in Paris from Sunday (10/17/2010) to Wednesday night (10/20/2010). What are the current cool places to party?

I like techno/house music. But do they have clubs that play hip hop? Also do they charge cover charges in Europe? Anything else I should expect? For example is seating readily available or are all the lounges/chaises reserved for those with bottle service?
