You talked trash all week about how the Chargers would dominate. I told you that the Steelers would put Phillip Rivers in the dirt, contain Sproles and that Ben would have a big game.
Its time to man up and admit I was right and you were wrong.
Ironpump- you talked trash all of yesterday. Its time to man up and admit that you were wrong. The Chargers clearly weren't on the same level as the Steelers.
Ironpump- Alright man fair enough. I was just talking some trash as well. Its just a hell of a lot of fun to do when your team wins. You guys had a good season and with Merrimen back next year (assuming he can stay away from the roids) you guys will be a force to be reckoned with again.
boltzboy- if you have read anything you know Im a steelers fan. Also, I didnt say Rivers wouldnt have a big game (although lots of his numbers came after the game was out of reach), I said he would be in the dirt a lot (he was sacked 4 times). Sproles was contained for the most part (less then 100 total yards I believe) and if you watched the game you saw that Ben was making all the throws. He may not have had the numbers, but any football fan could see that he had a great game. Willie obviously helped but Ben deserves just as much credit (he lead the drive that gave us the lead and the momentum going into the half)
