Where can I buy an iPhone 3G with no contract using paypal?

I've searched all over for an iPhone 3G 16GB with no contract and have found great prices ($250), but I can't find a seller who will accept paypal. I don't feel safe paying with things like western union, so can anyone help me find a good source??

and by the way: I do not want replies telling me that this is wrong and that I should buy one from att...
 
Most sellers on ebay prefer to use nothing other than PayPal, as it is the most secure method of payment for both the buyer and the seller. Have you checked Ebay yet? To be honest, it will cost you more than $250 for the iPhone 16 GB no matter where you purchase it from. The 16 GB are $299 even in AT&T store WITH an upgrade, and are $399 without. Online you will find them for at least $500 or more, mainly because they are in such high demand.
 
Ebay, amazon or craiglist you can buy 16gb 3g iphone with no contract..

But I do not think you can buy one for $250.00... Not even a 16gb 2g iphone.
