Where can I buy good cheese?

I was spoiled after living in France for a year. I can't stand the taste of supermarket cheddar anymore... where can I buy good cheese like they eat in Europe? (I live in Phoenix, Arizona, in the United States)

Please do not respond with vague generalities in an effort to score points!
