Where can I buy just a Cingular phone, without needing to buy a plan?

I just want a phone.
I already have a SIM card, plan, phone number, everything;
but everywhere I look to buy simply a phone, I can only purchase it with a plan.
I'm utterly confused.
Where could I get a phone??

Go to WalMart and purchase a cheap GoPhone and just put your SIM in it or go on eBay or Craigslist or Amazon.com
