where can i complain about a dirty restaurant?

i went to eat at this place and i got sick. i went again a year later and i got sick again. i think the place is dirty so i would like to complain. i also think the food might be old like have many days there.
 
You can ask if you can talk to a manager or ask for a corporate number. You can also write in complaints. Do they have a website you can go to? If so, they usually have a spot on their website called contact us. That's my best advise.
