where can i complain my defective Nokia E71 aside from nokiacare?

i need to email and raise my complaint to someone in the position from Nokia Asia or Nokia Philippines. I am asking for a replacement of my unit since what i happen to bought was unfortunately defective, as in no mishandling on my part occurred. Please help.
 
If it's within the guarantee period, why not just take it back to the shop you bought it from... or a Nokiacare centre? Why wouldn't you want to go to one of their centres? Why email the head offices? It seems a bit extreme to me.
Simply producing your (dated) proof of purchase and warranty card should be enough to have no arguments from them!
