please help me absolutely free midi , mid converter! i have downloaded approx 35 ring-tone converter but either they are very bad or they are not free.

i have wave pad editor but dont know how to convert mp3 to midi...
am looking 4 such a converter who gives me suround sound quality,, if u dont have such link no mind.. any type of polifonic freeware can u tel me.. thanx in advance
