Where can I find a cheap new iTouch lower than 200$ but new?

I would like to know some stores around the New England Area that have cheap iTouches. Internet sites are okay but I would have to pay for shipping. I would like it new. Any stores?

I have heard about Walmart and the Apple Store. Can I get one for less than 190$?
