I found some sites that have prank phone calls you can make, where you type in the number to call and it has different options to pick such as: "You're live on the radio!" or "You just won a million dollars!" , etc.
However, they cost money and I am looking for something free.
Or, does anyone know of prank phone call ideas or anything besides those that connect you to the caller? I want to be able to hear the conversation while the prank is going on.
