Where can i find a weightlifting chart like this?

Where can i find a weight lifting chart that determines what your max should be using your height, weight, and grade.
also, if possible i want the chart to say what the normal amount of weight would be all way to all american weight standards.
For example(these are made up for example):
Say your 5'11, you weigh 150 pounds and you are in the 9th grade.
you bench 160 lbs.

Normal- 140
Good-145
Great- 150
all state- 160
all american - 175

i just made all this stuff up as an example.
but i want a chart that is something like that and has power clean, bench press , dead lift, and all the other stuff on it.
if you a web site or somewhere i can find this please tell me.
