Where can i find Japanese chat rooms?

I'm looking for a chat room where I could practice Japanese. Just a room where ordinary Japanese people go. I can use something like google translate.

I've looked at places like yahoo and paltalk but have found very few Japanese speakers.

If you go onto a website called Inter-pals. www.interpals.com You should be able to find a Japanese Pen-pal online FREE. You can chat to them and send messages etc...
