Where can I find quality earbud headphones with the largest frequency range?

I am searching for earbud headphones (cheaper than $50) that has a good frequency range (preferably bass below 8 Hz)

I don´t think you can get the quality you spect from the max 50 bucks you have... try Sony, at least... or save some money and get Shure, try this link: www.minidisco.com
