Where can I find really cheap ($500 or so) Jeep Wranglers or...

...Cherokees/Grand Cherokees? I need a second car since my Mustang cannot handle heavy rain or even light snow. I would only use the Jeep for inclement weather and to just have fun in ie going offroading and generally just to have a fun time with friends. I've looked on AutoTrader and even Cars.com but no one seems to have that good 20 year old or so I6 manual that I'm looking for...and if they do they want $10,000 for it. Which is insane for a car that old. Sorry, I'm ranting now. I just need a good recommendation for a good 4x4 that'll be cheaper than a grand.

First off if you want one drivable up that figure to at least a thousand, but you dont sound like your worried about mileage so this will be a decent start

are u crazy u cant get a 4x4 for under a 1000 well maybe but not in good condition cheapest you will ever find a nice 4x4 is 3000 an that's if you're lucky if everything works on it
