Where can I find ringtones that are absolutely free?

You already have free ringtones. As long as you have some downloaded music in your computer, you just have to take that specific song, and import it to Windows Movie Maker. After that, you can cut your own parts of the song and it will be a short ringtone.

If you don't want to go through all that work, just go to YouTube and type in (song name) ringtone.
