Our cats have magnetic cat doors so I need to have brass bells so they don't stick to the magnetic collars

Just wait till Christmas, those jingle bells are everywhere and cheap.

Just remove one or two off of a decoration and hook them to the collar

with a key ring.

That's funny my wife has been talking about that too.

To save the Doves and Sparrows we feed out back.

This has been a disproved as a way to save birds. Cats become more skilled hunters because they learn to move without the bell ringing. I know it can be done because my cat would sneak up on my feet and I would never hear him with the bell. Eventually we took the bell off because we did hear him at night while he was chasing his toys.

Call Petco/Petsmart and they might have some suggestions.

It looks like something you might be able to make yourself.
