Where can i find the best prices for a cruise leaving from new york or new jersey?

I want to go on a cruise with 4 people including myself i need advice on how to find the cheapest cruise, that leaves New York or New Jersey. I wanted to go during spring break, i did some research of my own and i understand that during spring break prices are just about doubled. So if anyone could point me towards the right direction as to where to look for the best prices, I have looked in expedia.com and priceline.com they have pretty high prices for cruises during spring break.
