Where can I fine the exact recipe for NECCO mega candy Cigarettes or candy stix?

I am obsessed with these candy cigarettes...I use to eat boxes at a time and sadly are discontinued and only the crappy king Brand is avaiable...I've done a lot of google searching trying to figure it out but I need insider information... Help please!!!
