Where can I get a 3 to 1 stereo jack cable?

Hey! I have a surround speaker system that was set up to a TV but I want to connect it to my computer. The cable to connect it was 3 TRS connector (stereo jack) to a RCA, as shown in this picture:

Where can I can a 3 TRS to 1 TRS cable?
