told they have open is certified? Where can I get a certified technicians ? I went to Chrysler to apply in they told they have open is certified technicians. What do certified technicians means what kind of jobs is that?
 
its just a state issued license stating your qualified to work on autos, here in Mich you would go to the Secretary of state to take the test.
