Where can I get a cheap or free iphone?

You're not going to find a free iPhone without a contract. Try Ebay or AmazonWireless.

Best bet is ebay or craig's list... otherwise you are locked in two years for a free 8gb iphone from sprint, or 100$ for 16 or 32gb ( can't remember which)
