whats the best one I can get for good price?
 
Ebay. I prefer Whistler. They are lower priced and still good quality. Mine has saved me many tickets. Beltronics and Escort make the best but I don't want to pay $300-$400. The Whistler XTR-695 goes for $150 on Ebay.

Try radio shack. The price depends on what kind you get, but you can get one for under $100, I think. i'm not sure on the brands though.
