Where can I get a free p90x nutrition plan?

I have the DVDs and everything I need but I wanted to see about using the nutrition plan, but I don't want to have to pay for it cause I'm broke. I've tried looking but cant find anything. Any help would be great. Thanks
To Rodzor, I'm not an idiot but I dont know how to use it or what it is. I'm not looking to download crazy stuff on my comp, I just want something I can print off the internet
 
any torrent site basically. provided you're not an idiot and know how to download torrent files.
