Where can I get a good car/Truck for a cheap price?

What kind of Car/Truck can a 16 year old get for a cheap price? With Low Millage...Good features?
How old do you have to be to buy a car? What is the BEST deal in general can can a teen get a vehicle all by his/her self? Is it possibble, if so what all do they need to do???

You can buy a car when you have a license. Just give them the money and they transfer the title to you. Meaning the owner has the paper work to the car and transfer from there name to yours by signing some papers and giving it to dmv simple. Goodluck! :)
 
The key is how much you (or your parents) plan to spend. For every price reange, there are many choices.
I'd go with a four door if you'll have friends in and out. Get a four cylinder for better gas mileage.
