where can i get a mockingjay pin?

I heard the only place you can get them is at Borders. But since they closed.. Is there anywhere else I can get one? The only places I could find them were amazon and ebay but they were $40! Is there anywhere I could get one for cheaper? Thanks!

Assuming the pins are merchandise that tie in with the Hunger Games, the best people to contact may be the publishers of the series. It is probable they are handling the sales and distribution of the merchandise, or may know who is.
