Where can I get a replacement hose for my car's PCV Valve?

Hello, I have a 1997 Nissan Maxima and I'm wondering where I can get a replacement for the PCV Valve hose. Are these hoses somewhat universal, or do I need the specific hose for my car's PCV Valve? Any ideas on where to start looking for one?

My current one has a leak, and I'm trying to get my car in shape to pass smog testing.
