Where can I get my NOKIA E71x unlocked?

I bought the Nokia E71x from Ebay locked to AT&T!
I can't unlock it! i tried several web-sites and couldn't do it! (They refund the money)
And i also called to the Customer Service they said they need Original Owner to call them!
Please Help Me with that! if anybody got the UNLOCKING CODE!!!
