Where can I get Stereo wire (Not a car)?

I have a radio in my room that has 2 speakers. I now have 3 more speakers and I wanted to no what do i need to buy to hook up my radio to them is it called a wire splitter? And I really want a new radio does a new one come with wire?

Any ideas what I mean?
