Where can I get the Vodafone restriction code?

I want to change my network and have a new som card and everything but I need a restriction code. Where can I get this?

What is your mobile model?
Try this site unlock-free.com to get the unlock code at free of cost..They provider codes for certain mobile only...If there your mobile model means you can get the unlock code or otherwise contact the service provider...
