Today i took the theory part of my driving test, i passed the first part (road signs etc) with full marks, however on starting the second section (hazard perception) for every 1 time i clicked, 3 flags would appear at the bottom, i raised my hand to inform the invigilator, to then have her tell me "what do you want me to do" this then resulted in me failing the second part of the test, losing £30. How would i go about claiming my money back, or making a formal complaint? after informing the staff at the desk, they were also no help.

Sounds like it's probably too late to get your money back. You should make a complaint to the Driving Standards Agency - you will be able to get their details for complaints at the office where you took the test.

But to be honest, unless the machine is demonstrably faulty, you are probably best to just forget it and try again.
