Where can I order counter strike on the Internet with a debit card.?

I want to buy Counter Strike in my computer with my debit card and I want it to be when you buy it you will get it automatically in your computer already and I don't want anything to be sent to my house like bills or anything at all.

steam is great for other games too and takes debit card..

here u are, here is where u can get cs, hl, css, hl2 and all that good stuff. they all play off a program called steam, it is pretty much a game launcher
