I bought a Victoria's Secret Body by Victoria convertable bra. It's supposed to have 4 or 5 different ways to place. I paid around 50 bucks for it. And it sucks big time. The straps get off the loops while wearing it, the bra is not secure enough. I can not understand how come a 50 dollars bra can be designed with such big problem. I would like to report it not because I want anything in return but to have them take more time to desing something that is "worth" 50 bucks.
I tried plain customer service 1-800 number and the operator would be just nasty: Ok, sorry for the inconvenience, is there anything else I can help you with?, How can I reach someone that would really appreciate the call?
I mean what can a manager in the store do for it? nothing unless I want my money back which is not the case (I don't even have a receipt) I meant a coorporate or design department that would use that info to redesign or put in a suggestion box.
