Where can I purchase a street legal 125cc Sports Bike in PA?

I want to buy a 125cc street bike in PA. Such as the Yamaha R25 or a Suzuki or Honda. They are usually only available in countries like India and Europe. It is the only way my parents are going to let me ride a motorcycle on the road. I already have a Yamaha Enduro but it's too powerful they say. I need a 125 street bike which can still be pretty powerful. Thanks.
