Where can I read Howl's Moving Castle?

Sorry but not to be picky but I can't sign up for anything plus I can't pay for any books and I hardly leave my house! So the library is out of the answer... thank you if you can help me...!

I was going to suggest the library but.... you say you can't pay for any books then idk but if you can pay a little try amazon.com where you can buy the book really cheap... I recommend this book it's very different from the movie and it's really really good
