After 6 years working in a company the owner wants to change the way I earn my vacation, before worked like this, after 1 year of employment I was entitle to 1 week vacation witch I could take any time after my anniversary, after 3 years I have 2 weeks and after 10 years it will be 3 weeks. Now is like this, the time periods stay the same, but they said I need to accumulate more time before i can use my vacation, He said I can't take it all at once immediate to my anniversary, that I need to wait. Is this even legal? I mean, the vacation time I'm taking this year I earned the year before right? so why I need to wait even more?

Can the employer change the rules on the fly? one day is one way and the next is another? when I was hired I was explained the rules of the game and I accepted them, but now they can change it and there is nothing I can do?
