Where do I find a program that converts .divx files to anything?

Is there a free program out there that will convert my a file with a .divx extension(the kind you can only play in a divx player) to an avi, wmv, or mpeg file?

I see a lot of programs that convert TO divx, but I want one that converts FROM divx to something else.

All help is appreciated.
Edit: Typo in first sentence. "My" shouldn't be there.
