Where do I go to find someone to discuss all the legal requirements to start a

business? I have read a lot of info, but I'd like to physically sit down and discuss with someone what legal requirements there are for me to start a jewelry making business. How would I go about finding someone who can advise me on everything I need to make it legal? My business will be based out of my home and the items will be sold both online and at craft shows that require a tax ID number. Thanks!
