Where do teens find drug dealers in south jersey?

i recently just found out that one of my friends is doing drugs. but ive never seen or heard of a drug dealer in the area. how did she find a dealer? and how can i help her to stop using?

I think they find you, the corrupt underworld of drugs, lurking in the dark tinted windows with barely visible license plates and sneaking around. find new friends that don't use and move on, fast, get away while you can, they need professional help and even that doesn't work. some just have to learn the hard way. you can't fix them, so move on.
