wet seal always has them
i just went shopping there and got shirts buy one get one free
right now they have a big sale with $10 shirts 15$jeans 10$ shoes and stuff like that
but they always have sales so i do most my shopping there
also papaya has sales all the time
their clearance is 5$ 7$ and 10$ and stuff like that in the store
also jcpenny has sales
ans forever 21 i got a 12$ vest from there and some shirts real cheap

but i kno what u mean. i always look for sales. i got about 2 weeks of clothes for under $200. mostly form wet seal

idk what stores are at your mall but my favorites ones that are relatively cheap are : wet seal, forever 21, and jeans warehouse.
