where do you go to report companies for misleading sales on the internet?

it seems myself and a lot of other people have fallen into the trap of advance wellness research and ordered the free trial of acai berry. this is such a scam and they make it almost impossible to get away from them. they make you believe it will only cost $4.99 when in reality it costs almost $80 and will cost you that every month.

Email your story to The Consumerist and see if they have any advice (They usually do).
Some other places to complain would be the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office.
