Where do You rate Barrack Obama as the President of the United States?

On a scale from 1 bad to 10 near perfect, I rate him a 9. I doubt theres any president or other leader who has jumped in head first and actually got things working this fast, only time will tell the the long term impacts, but at least, he does more than talk like all the others.
 
Dude, I think you have to wait a bit to make a decision. And learn to capitalize.
 
Do You think He is a scam artist or a good man? Just from what You actually watch and hear about. All answers will be great to hear.
 
He seem ok but tbh I don't really care, i'm not American.

I'm currently withholding judgment. I like to give the President a year before i make an opinion because it takes about that long to get themselves settled in. having said that, my early assessment is below what I was hoping for going into the new administration but above the previous administration. Not sure if that answers your question though
