much weight? 30 weeks pregnant? I haven't gained anything for almost 3 weeks, how can my baby still keep getting bigger and growing if I'm not gaining anything? I'm confused.

yep. there's vitamins and stuff store in your body in the fat storage. that's why in the first trimester, if you lose weight, or find it hard to eat, it's usually okay cause you have the storage (or if you didn't know you were until later on in pregnancy). good luck...and i'm sure the baby will be healthy :)

If you have stored fat it feeds off of that. Your body stores more fat than normal when you are pregnant. Also your metabolism increases by like 25% so make sure you're getting lots of calories so you don't lose weight. I'm 9 weeks pregnant and have lost 5 pounds...its crazy how our bodies work.

She's taking all the vitamins she needs from you, make sure you're taking your prenatal vitamin, because you can suffer vitamin deficiencies of your own.

you are probably just losing fat at the same rate as your baby is growing

between 20 and 24 weeks i didn't gain any weight but my baby grew a lot

yes, your baby is still growing and getting nutrients, as long as you are giving him/her nutrients. i didn't gain much. i gained 29 pounds the whole time i was pregnant, and was ALL belly. just as long as you maintain a healthy diet, your baby should be getting the vitamins and nutrients he/she needs. as long as you keep yourself healthy, your baby will be healthy=]
