Yes genetics plays a big part in it. But still for the best defined abs you really do need low body fat. Eating and drinking the wrong stuff eventually can catch up on you. The wrong stuff will give you a bloated look to the abs and not a slim defined set of abs.

I'm actually quite lucky.. I can eat and drink as much as I want of ANYTHING, and I stay thin.. So when I actually do get round to working out, I hold on to that muscle for months, even after I stop.

I was a little worried about comparing bodies with other guys. Thinking it wasn't really gay and it is a normal thing to do. But a fake tan? That's one thing I could never do, I would just be so scared of other men trying to shag me

They've all been replaced by a bunch of 'metro' hissy 'men' who wear women's jeans and straighten their hair. As opposed to getting a mate to shave that **** off.

i think women naturally like muscle, although many women say they dont like it in reality they do. Also there's some confusion, when asked, women think "Muscley" men are the 25 stone steroid monsters so obviously they'll say they're grossed out by it. Any healthy looking guy with some nice chest, arms and abs etc will attract any woman and thats the bottom line really.

I've always been into lifting weights and eating well, and i'll never be the kind of guy to follow trends that dont suit me i.e skinny jeans and long hair.

Nice pics of you, since guys never post pics waist down (maybe you have stick legs :p: ) i'll raise you...
