Where/how can I make a flash quiz?

I want to make a flash quiz to put up on a site. But I cant find a good place to make one.... And I don't really want to download any programs. X3 I want to make one sorta like this, the style and the way its set up.

Oh dear.
That's hard.
Why don't you start with something easier like polldaddy and then work your way up?
Or if you know how, copy the html for the twilight quiz on your link and change the answers?
