Where in NYC specifically can I buy an unlocked iphone?

You cannot find a place here in NYC where you can get an unlocked Iphone. Only AT&T stores sell them. The only place I know for sure where you can get it, is off of Ebay, but they are going to charge sky high, because they know that you can't get it anywhere else.
